Crispy Pork Belly (Siu Yak)

This delicacy takes two full days to make. We marinate a whole pork belly with the skin on, gently roast it and finish it in the fryer to produce crunchy pork skin. Served on a bed of steamed rice sprinkled with a blend of yellow rock sugar and Szechuan pepper, fried onion and garlic and drizzled with Black Soy

Cumin (Xinjiang) Lamb
